Naked Workout Instructor

I make a vlog style clip showing how to do a workout away from home with a workout band. Yes, it's a real workout routine that you can do if you want to! *if doing this for real, I recommend doing 20-30 reps of each move and once you reach the end, do another set of all of them, then do the stretches at the end.
